The Franchisee Advanced Leadership Center is a select group of high-performing franchisees who grow from:

• A monthly, 3-hour board of directors (mastermind) meeting helping you thrive with high-level discussions, alternative views, shared best practices, and actions-to-success to implement,
• On-going 1-1 mentorship,
• Weekly speakers, articles, webinars, live workshops and,
• A network of peers committed to improving their businesses and helping you improve yours.

The ideal franchisee in the group:

• Is a franchise owner in business for 2 – 12 years,
• Is committed to their business and personal growth,
• Understands they do not need to be alone when making challenging decisions,
• Knows high-performance requires hard, consistent, and intelligent work,
• Freely adds their experience and knowledge for their colleagues’ benefit,
• Brings fresh, high-level issues for the group to discuss,
• Has fun, and,
• Gains the skills necessary for long-term success.

When is it?

The Center meets the second Wednesday every month from 8:00 – 11:00 am Central. In addition, each member sets individual mentoring times.
