The Franchisee Advanced Leadership Center is a select group of high-performing franchisees who grow from:
- A monthly, 3-hour board of directors (mastermind) meeting helping you thrive with high-level discussion, alternative views, shared best practices, and actions-to-success to implement,
- On-going 1-1 mentorship,
- Weekly speakers, articles, webinars, live workshops and,
- A network of peers committed to improving their businesses and helping you improve yours.

The ideal franchisee in the group:
- Is a franchise owner in business for 2 – 12 years with > $2M annual revenue,
- Is passionate about their business and personal growth,
- Understands they do not need to be alone when making challenging decisions,
- Knows high-performance requires hard, consistent, and intelligent work,
- Freely adds their experience and knowledge for their colleagues’ benefit,
- Brings fresh, high-level issues for the group to discuss,

When is it?
The Center meets the second Wednesday every month from 8:00 – 11:00 am Central. In addition, each member sets individual mentoring times.
